Returns Policy
Return Window
We offer a 30 return window for most the Original Alpine Pillow. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@alpinepillows.com
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the items back to us at the provided address, including the RMA number on the package.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alpinepillows.com and we will provide instructions.
